- By selecting the "Tourbar" and "Masked Love" projects, the Data Subject consents to the processing of personal data by LLC "Media Solutions" in accordance with Part 3 of this Policy.
- By selecting the "Astrostar" project, the Data Subject consents to the processing of personal data by LLC "Astrostar" in accordance with Part 4 of this Policy.
- By selecting the "My Business Platform" project, the Data Subject consents to the processing of personal data by LLC "My Business Platform" in accordance with Part 5 of this Policy.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Legal Entities in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the set of current regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, in execution and accordance with which the Legal Entities process personal data, as well as the local regulatory legal acts of the Legal Entities governing relations related to the processing of personal data and information security.
Liability for violations of the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and local regulatory legal acts of the Legal Entities in the field of processing and protection of personal data is determined in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
A key condition for the activities of any of the Legal Entities is ensuring the necessary sufficient level of information security, as well as an appropriate level of security of personal data and the processes within which they are processed. Ensuring the security of personal data of the Data Subject is one of the priority tasks of each Legal Entity.
The Legal Entities take the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access by third parties, destruction, modification, blocking, distribution, and other unauthorized actions, including: identifying threats to the security of personal data during their processing; adopting local regulatory acts and other documents governing relations in the field of personal data processing and protection; appointing persons responsible for ensuring the security of personal data; creating the necessary conditions for working with personal data; storing personal data under conditions that ensure their safety and prevent unauthorized access to them; organizing training for employees involved in the processing of personal data.
Processing of personal data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, with or without the use of automation tools. The processing of personal data by the Legal Entities is limited to achieving specific, predetermined, and lawful purposes. Processing is carried out in a mixed (automated and non-automated) manner.
Only employees of the Legal Entities whose job responsibilities include the processing of personal data are allowed to process personal data. Disclosure to third parties and dissemination of personal data without the consent of the Data Subject is not permitted, unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the Data Subject contacts one of the Legal Entities with a request to stop the processing of personal data (withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data), such Legal Entity is obliged to stop processing the personal data of the specified Data Subject within a period not exceeding 10 working days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. This period for stopping the processing of personal data may be extended, but not more than 5 working days.

Final Provisions
The Data Subject has the right to receive information related to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Part 7, Article 14 of the Personal Data Law. Each of the Legal Entities, upon receiving a request from the Data Subject for information related to the processing of personal data, is obliged to provide the Data Subject with the requested information within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the request. This period may be extended, but not more than 5 working days. The requested information about the processing of personal data may relate only to such data that are directly related to the Data Subject who requests it or to the subject whose legal representative is the requesting person. The request for information related to the processing of personal data must be in writing and can be sent to the address of any Legal Entity.
In accordance with the requirements of Part 2, Article 18.1 of the Personal Data Law, this Policy is published in free access on the Internet on the Site. Any Data Subject visiting the Site has access to this Policy.
The Data Subject, by providing their personal data to one of the Legal Entities, agrees both with the terms of this Policy as a whole and with one of its parts, depending on the project selected by them in the feedback form in the "Contacts" section of the Site.
Other rights and obligations of the Legal Entities and Data Subjects not regulated by this Policy in the processing of personal data are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
